I can't find the receipt for my spiked tail. Neca's customer service requires you tell it how you attempted to contact the merchant first. Of course I don't really want to exchange him since he's otherwise perfect. I just want the back piece to glue on.

Are you using the customer service contact on their site or NECA_CS on Twitter? The Twitter account is way more responsive even when there's nothing they can do.
