I remember when this line started I thought "Ooo a company is going to do there own takes on movie/comic/anime characters" Bought the first 2 released (that I was able to buy) Devilmam and Spider-man two pack..Then they started with starwars and got stuck and never moved on from this samurai theme/motif. Kinda stale at this point.

I'm the opposite personally. I didn't dig the Marvel ones myself, but do dig the feudal Japan style armors on Star Wars figs. Since SW was inspired by that a lot in first place, it's a good blend for me.

They also did stuff like;
Evangelion
Steam boy
Kamen rider
Nolan batman with batpod.

Then it became the Star Wars Samurai line.

Oh I see. yah that was never on my radar and was not what I was thinking of.

That's a bit more traditional for sure. Could've been cool as it's own sub line. I guess the Meisho part is key.

Maybe figuarts took over that segment and they just recycled the name for this.

I already have the new Boba ordered to go with my Mando+Grogu set, and these photo sets are just making me more excited to finally have it in hand, haha~

Yay, that's what I aim for with the shoots. It is a nice piece, I prefer the realistic colors even tho that Boba 1 pops.

At some point, yes. I haven't been shooting much of anything lately, stepping back from the "shoot it as soon as soon as it drops anywhere in the world" game, and just doing it when I can and feel hype about doing it. Stay tuned!
