Hi everyone, found this crazy looking figure for 1 $ at a fleamarket and just had too buy it , but I can't figure out who he is. Anyone got any ideas?

Can't say offhand. It kinda looks like a reject from Twisted Metal Black.

Does it have any copyright or trademark information stamped on it or molded into the plastic? Year and manufacturer would help.

It's from Hasbro 2006, that's what's molded on his butt. Already tried to look up Hasbro figures from that year but wasn't able yet to find out who he is.
